The 2025 edition
On Sunday, July 20, 2025, the San Leonardo Lakes in Vermiglio hosted a new edition of Brise e Brisoti, the festival dedicated to mushrooms in the upper Val di Sole. The program combined a mycological hike with an expert, a tasting trail featuring tortei di patate and cured meat appetizers, mushroom-based first and second courses paired with Trentino wines, and entertainment for children along the path bordering the Vermigliana stream. The ticket also included a mushroom picking permit, making for a day of flavors and tradition at the foot of the Tonale Pass.
