Edition 2025 — Brioscia cu Tuppu Festival

The 3rd edition of the Brioscia cu Tuppu Festival took place on Sunday, August 17, 2025, starting at 7:30 PM in the historic center of Gualtieri Sicaminò. Organized by the Circolo Culturale Argus with Triskelès Sicilian Street Food and supported by the Sicilian Region and the Municipality, the evening featured brioche col tuppo with numerous fillings, locally sourced products, and live music, as part of the Estate Gualtierese 2025.

Brioscia cu Tuppu Festival 2025 - 3rd Edition

The third edition of the event was held on Sunday, August 17, 2025, starting at 7:30 PM in the historic center of Gualtieri Sicaminò (ME). The absolute star was the brioscia cu tuppo, offered with many sweet and savory fillings: gelato, panelle, cunzata, caponata, mortadella and pistachio, as well as a gluten-free version. Great attention was paid to locally sourced products, in the spirit of combining tradition and innovation.

The evening was enlivened by live music from the band Mokanta, scheduled from 9:00 PM. The initiative, included in the Estate Gualtierese 2025 calendar, was organized by the Circolo Culturale Argus in collaboration with Triskelès Sicilian Street Food, with the patronage of the Sicilian Region and the Municipality of Gualtieri Sicaminò.

Opening at 7:30 PM with tastings of sweet and savory brioche col tuppo (gelato, panelle, cunzata, caponata, mortadella and pistachio, gluten-free version); from 9:00 PM live music with the band Mokanta.
