The Brione Apple Festival 2025 was held from October 3 to 5. Restaurants, inns, and farmhouses in the village offered menus based on apples and culinary reinterpretations featuring "pom ros de Briù" as the main ingredient, accompanied by tastings of local wines. Amidst the agricultural market, workshops, entertainment, and convivial moments like the Farmer's Dinner, the event confirmed its appeal, enhancing the rural flavours and traditions of Valle Trompia thanks to the collaboration between the Municipality, Mountain Community, associations, and restaurateurs.
