Edition 2025 — Red Onion Festival

The 43rd Breme Red Onion Festival was held in June 2025, over two weekends, in the historic center of the Lomellina village in the Province of Pavia. Dinners and lunches featuring "La Dolcissima", onion sales, a craft market, and visits to the Abbey of San Pietro attracted thousands of visitors.

The 2025 edition of the Breme Red Onion Festival confirmed the success of the event, spread over two weekends in June. The "la Dolcissima" Red Onion, a Slow Food presidium, was celebrated in numerous gastronomic preparations served in the covered area set up in the village center.

As tradition dictates, alongside the catering, there were direct sales of onions, a craft market, and visits to Breme's historical monuments, with the Abbey complex of San Pietro among the most popular destinations. An edition that reaffirmed the link between an iconic product and the promotion of the Pavia territory.
