Edition 2025 — Sombrero Festival

In June 2025, the 22nd edition of the Brazier and Sombrero Festival took place in Bientina, organized by the Contrada Centro Storico at the Municipal Sports Field. That edition also featured ricotta and spinach sombreri and Tuscan grilled meats, with evening stands and free admission, in the spirit of a village festival tied to the Bientina Palio tradition.

The 22nd edition of the Brazier and Sombrero Festival enlivened Bientina (PI) in June 2025, confirming a formula perfected over more than twenty years. The Contrada Centro Storico offered typical sombreri with ricotta and spinach and grilled meats, from Florentine steak to sausages, accompanied by fried seafood and side dishes. The food stands welcomed locals and visitors every evening in a convivial atmosphere that has become a classic of the Bientina summer in Tuscany.
