Brass Band Concert Series "Musig & Genuss"

In the summer of 2025, the "Musig & Genuss" festival brought brass band music to the center of San Leonardo in Passiria, in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano. From late May to mid-October, the evenings in Raiffeisen Square featured the Musikkapelle "Andreas Hofer" and other bands from the Passeier Valley, with free evening concerts. Each event was accompanied by tastings of local products: from Apfelkiechl, the apple fritters prepared by the farm women of San Leonardo, to mountain cheeses and Alpine specialties from the valley's farms. A formula that, edition after edition, combines South Tyrolean brass band tradition with the taste of local products.
