Edition 2025 — Bramaterra: The Pride of Our Origins

The Bramaterra Museum in Sostegno, in the hamlet of Casa del Bosco, has been a reference point for years for the promotion of Bramaterra DOC wine and the winemaking culture of the hills between Biella and Vercelli, with cultural and gastronomic initiatives dedicated to the prestigious local wine and its long history.

The Bramaterra Museum, set up in an ancient building in Casa del Bosco in Sostegno, preserves the tools of the local winemaking tradition and promotes knowledge of Bramaterra DOC. The activities of the Il Boggio Cultural Association and local entities have long animated this corner of the Province of Biella with meetings, conferences, and tastings dedicated to wine and the history of the Biella and Vercelli hills.

Bramaterra wine, obtained mainly from Nebbiolo (Spanna) grapes grown on porphyritic soils at the foot of Monte Rosa, represents a rare and precious oenological heritage. The museum's initiatives in Piedmont aim to pass on the culture of wine and the deep bond between the Sostegno community and its land to new generations.
