Borgo in Bianco

The first edition of Borgo in Bianco enlivened the historic center of Vieste on September 20, 2025, transforming the old town into an open-air lounge illuminated in white. Starting at 7:00 PM, the alleys hosted a food and wine trail with over thirty wineries and about sixty labels of white and sparkling wines, accompanied by twenty local venues and restaurateurs with gourmet offerings.

The tastings were curated by the AIS Foggia delegation sommeliers. The ticket, costing 15 euros, included four tastings, the official glass, and a glass holder, with a complimentary tasting for those wearing the white dress code. The evening was accompanied by ambient music, live spots, and street performers, and enriched by free guided tours of local wineries. The event, promoted by the Municipality of Vieste with the AIS Foggia delegation and historic center merchants, successfully inaugurated a new formula to extend the Gargano tourist season.
