Borgo Carnival 2025
On Sunday, March 2, 2025, starting at 10:30 AM, the historic center of Belmonte in Sabina, in the province of Rieti, hosted the Borgo Carnival. The village streets were transformed into an open-air stage, with parades of floats and masked groups and a festive parade that also involved the little ones.
The day, dedicated to tradition, fun, and culture, was accompanied by music, songs, and folk dances, as well as local and Sabina gastronomic delicacies. The event was organized by the Madonna and Holy Cross 2025 Festivities Committee together with the ViviBelmonte association, the Pro Loco, and the Senior Center, with the patronage of the Municipality of Belmonte in Sabina.
