Edition 2025 — Borghi dei Tesori
The 2025 debut
In 2025, Alessandria della Rocca, in the province of Agrigento, participated for the first time in the Borghi dei Tesori Fest, from May 9 to 11. «This is our first year participating in the Festival and we are proud of it», declared the local organization.
The places and the Sagra della Froscia
The heart of the event was the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Rocca, linked to the legend of the Marian apparition, together with the Carmelite complex, one of the oldest structures in the village founded in 1570. The visits followed the urban layout of the historic Via Barresi and its crossroads. The cultural route was accompanied by the Sagra della Froscia, dedicated to a typical dish of the Alessandria della Rocca tradition.
