Edition 2025 — Un Paese di Sapori

In 2025, Un Paese di Sapori enlivened Bordighera Alta with its formula of the village transformed into an open-air restaurant. Over twenty chefs and food artisans offered a gastronomic trail through the alleys, with music and guided tours, confirming the event as the opening of the summer season in the historic centre of Bordighera.

The 2025 edition of Un Paese di Sapori brought together in the heart of Bordighera Alta over twenty chefs, restaurateurs, and food artisans, creating a culinary itinerary through the village alleys. Ligurian cuisine was intertwined with evening musical events and guided tours of the village's historic sites, in an edition that saw great public participation, with around a thousand people per evening. The event confirmed its role in enhancing the gastronomic and cultural heritage of the city of Bordighera.
