A celebration dedicated to reading
Cittàdella Lettura is the book festival of Cittadella (province of Padua) designed for children, young people, and families. For a few days in May, the Civic Library and the historic centre of the walled city transform into a large, widespread workshop centred around the pleasure of reading.
Meetings, readings, and workshops
The programme includes meetings with authors, readings aloud (also in English), and creative workshops designed for different age groups. The aim is to introduce young people to books in an engaging way, highlighting the library's role as a space for community and cultural growth.

Cittadella is served by the train station on the Padua–Bassano del Grappa line and by the SP47 Valsugana. Events take place at the Civic Library and in the historic centre.
