Edition 2025 — Boiled Meat Festival
In January 2025, the Pro Loco of Villanova del Ghebbo also offered the Boiled Meat Festival 'Flavors of Yesteryear', the winter lunch based on mixed boiled meats and tortellini in broth at the headquarters on Via Pro Loco, in the spirit of the gastronomic tradition of the Polesine region.
In January 2025, the Boiled Meat Festival 'Flavors of Yesteryear' enlivened the winter of Villanova del Ghebbo, in the province of Rovigo, with the usual convivial lunch organized by the Pro Loco. Mixed boiled meats and tortellini in broth, by reservation, attracted the many fans of this festival that rediscovers the genuine flavors of the peasant cuisine of the Polesine region each year.
