Boccioleto Carnival – Paniccia

The 2025 edition of the Boccioleto Carnival reached its peak on Sunday, February 23, with the distribution of paniccia and a community lunch at the Boccioleto Theatre. The traditional rice and vegetable soup was offered to the public in the ancient spirit of solidarity of the Valsesia carnival, organized by the Pro Loco Boccioleto in this village in the province of Vercelli, Piedmont.

As every year, the festival featured the masks of Gianperu and Catlina, who enlivened the events, involving the entire village community and its hamlets in an atmosphere of joy and authentic mountain tradition.
