Edition 2025 — Blue Fish Week
From June 9 to 14, 2025, Blue Fish Week enlivened ten participating restaurants in Ancona and Falconara Marittima, with a menu dedicated to Adriatic blue fish at a maximum price of 25 euros.
As tradition dictates, the event promoted by CuoreVivo ONLUS with INRCA and local partners offered dishes of Doric maritime cuisine to promote the culture of blue fish as a heart-friendly food, rich in Omega-3 and valuable in preventing cardiovascular diseases. The edition confirmed the success of the initiative, which over the years has involved an increasing number of restaurants in the Marche capital and its coast.
