27th Edition — Record Participation

From May 16 to 19, 2025, Montagna and Egna hosted the 27th edition of the Pinot Noir Days. The national competition recorded a record of 116 labels from the 2022 vintage, coming from ten Italian wine regions and evaluated by a jury of 43 oenologists, sommeliers, and journalists.

The awards ceremony was held on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the Castello di Enn (Schloss Enn) in Montagna: the Blauburgunder Ludwig by Elena Walch won the competition. Public tastings of the winning wines took place from May 16 to 19 at the Klösterle in Laghetti/Laag, by reservation, accompanied by masterclasses, vertical tastings, the «Top of Pinot Noir South Tyrol» event, and Pinot Noir Experience walks toward Glen and Mazzon. The Blauburgundernächte, themed gastronomic evenings, preceded the event from April 26 to May 13 in the towns of Ora, Montagna, Egna, and Salorno.
