Edition 2025 — Black Truffle Trek

In the first 2025 edition of the National Black Truffle Fair 'Trifola nOiR', nature excursions were already a highlight. On Sundays, June 8 and 15, a guided walk led enthusiasts into the black truffle woods of Monferrato, with a small final tasting at La Canonica di Corteranzo and Casa Battia, at the Cerrano Farm.

The first edition of the National Black Truffle Fair 'Trifola nOiR', held in Murisengo during the weekends of June 2025, inaugurated the tradition of guided excursions through the black truffle hills. On Sunday, June 8, and Sunday, June 15, starting at 10:00 AM, a nature walk accompanied participants to discover the truffle woods, with a small final tasting at La Canonica di Corteranzo and Casa Battia, at the Cerrano Farm. The excursion, led by an environmental hiking guide, had a fee of 15 euros. This formula laid the foundations for the Black Truffle Trek, which became a more structured event in the following edition.
