Bitonto Patronal Feast in honor of Maria SS. Immacolata

The 2025 edition of the Bitonto Patronal Feast in honor of Maria SS. Immacolata enlivened the city in the province of Bari during the month of May, with illuminations lit up over the historic center and the culmination of festivities set for Monday, May 26th, the day dedicated to the patron saint.

The highlight day began at dawn with "U Gardìdde" and the dawn mass celebrated by Fr. Marino Cutrone, followed by solemn masses in the Cathedral and the solemn procession of the statue of the Immaculate Conception through the city streets, accompanied by the "Traetta" Band and the Bitonto Philharmonic. On the secular side, the program offered free concerts in Piazza Marconi, including the performance by singer Gaia (May 25) and the "Città di Rutigliano" Grand Band Concert, as well as re-enactments, street performers, and open courtyards in the historic center.
