Edition 2025 — Biofòlc

The 2025 edition of Biofòlc was held on September 5 and 6 at the Municipal Sports Center of San Giorgio Monferrato. Two days of folk music and traditions with Italian and French artists, traditional dance workshops, an aperitif at the Castle, and Pro Loco cuisine, in a complete immersion into the bal folk culture of Monferrato.

The 2025 edition of Biofòlc brought two days of traditional music and dance to San Giorgio Monferrato. Friday, September 5, opened with the French accordionist Philippe Plard and his engaging bal folk, followed by the Bifòlc Trio with songs and dances from the Alpine arc and several French regions (Gascony, Poitou, and Brittany). Saturday, September 6, was dedicated to traditional dance workshops of Auvergne, Brittany, and Val Vermenagna, from 10:30 to 18:00, with an evocative musical aperitif at the Castle of San Giorgio Monferrato. In 2025, the food was once again prepared by the Pro Loco with typical local dishes.
