About Binascomix
Pop culture arrives at the castle
Binascomix is the festival dedicated to comics, cosplay, nerd culture, and Asian pop that animates the Visconti Castle of Binasco for three days, in the Municipality in the Province of Milan. Born in 2025 from the initiative of a group of young local volunteers, it has already become an anticipated event for enthusiasts in the Milanese hinterland.
Cosplay, K-pop, and gaming
The program spans different worlds: cosplay contests, K-pop performances and choreographies in an area dedicated to Korean culture, gaming sessions with Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments and Dungeons & Dragons games. There are also creative workshops, including those led by Disney illustrator Luca Usai, and musical performances on the opening night with covers of anime theme songs and acoustic interpretations.
Themed cinema and cuisine
The experience is completed by anime-themed cuisine curated by Chef Ojisan and film screenings: on weekend evenings, at the Cinema Teatro San Luigi, a masterpiece by Hayao Miyazaki's Studio Ghibli is shown. With completely free admission, Binascomix aims to make the world of pop culture accessible to all ages and all levels of enthusiasts.
Binascomix — edition 2026
The 2026 edition confirms the formula of the first: three days of nerd culture, comics, and Asian pop at the Visconti Castle. Friday evening opens with musical performances, the weekend expands to include K-pop, cosplay, gaming, creative workshops, and film screenings at the Cinema Teatro San Luigi. Free admission.
