Edition 2025 — Bigoli Festival
In 2025, the Bigoli Festival renewed its spring appointment in Carbonara di Rovolon, dedicated to the village's traditional pasta.
For about three weeks in May, the food stand offered handmade bigoli made with the bigolaro in all their versions, along with grilled meats, seasonal side dishes, and wines from the Euganean Hills, on weekend evenings and for lunch on Sundays.
