Edition 2025 — Bigolada Shrove Tuesday Festival

In 2025, the Bigolada Shrove Tuesday Festival once again brought Piazza Municipio in Strigno, Castel Ivano, to life on Shrove Tuesday. The festival featured a parade of masks and carnival floats, music in the square, food stalls with traditional Trentino hot dishes, and the grand raffle that attracts many participants from across the Valsugana valley every year.

2025 Edition

On Shrove Tuesday 2025, Strigno renewed the appointment with the Bigolada in Piazza Municipio. The festival, starting at 12:00 PM, featured masks and allegorical floats parading through the village streets, accompanied by music and entertainment. The food stalls offered hot dishes and typical Trentino carnival sweets, while the grand raffle concluded the day of celebration. An edition that confirmed the vitality of this popular tradition in the heart of the Valsugana valley, in the municipality of Castel Ivano.
