The 2025 Bighero Festival

The 2025 edition took place on Saturday, June 28 in Piazzale Sant'Antonio Abate, in Monterosi, in the heart of the province of Viterbo, as part of the "E…state con noi a Monterosi" summer program organized by the Pro Loco of Monterosi APS with the patronage of the Municipality.

The full menu, offered at 20 euros per person and available by reservation only, included a rustic appetizer, bigheri with amatriciana or mushroom and sausage sauce, dessert, coffee, and limoncello, with bread, water, and service included. Reservations were collected at the town's affiliated points: Bar Piranha, Bar Art Caffè, Parrucchiera Romanina, and Centro Polivalente.

From 6:00 PM, the square hosted stalls selling local products and crafts, as well as the bighero workshop for children, where the little ones were busy rolling pasta alongside the local cooks. The evening concluded with live music in the square.
