BiancoLatte - The Gold of Alta Ossola

The 2025 edition of BiancoLatte - The Gold of Alta Ossola, the 12th, brought Crodo to life on October 4 and 5, 2025, at the Foro Boario. On Saturday (from 3 PM to 10 PM) and Sunday (from 10 AM to 6 PM), visitors could explore the exhibition "Cravariola: l'Alpe della Dote", while Sunday featured the large market with fresh and aged cheeses, prized tome, dairy products, medicinal herbs, garden produce, and mountain fruits and honey.

Also confirmed were the Bettelmatt branding, the raclette, and the collaboration with the Ossola Protected Areas Authority, featuring an evening dedicated to alpine fauna and a special visit to the Verampio Hydroelectric Power Plant, in collaboration with Enel Green Power Italia. A festival that celebrated the dairy and rural identity of Alta Ossola, in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Piedmont.
