Edition 2025 — Bertù Festival
In 2025, the Sagra dei Bertù di San Lorenzo once again transformed Via Fantoni in Rovetta into an open-air restaurant, with the typical Bergamo cotechino ravioli as the star of the evening. Amidst cured meats, local cheeses, and folk music, the festival confirmed its role as the most authentic gastronomic event of the Rovetta summer.
The 2025 edition, organized by the Pro Loco of Rovetta, repeated the successful formula: markets from 6 PM and kitchens from 7 PM in Via Fantoni, featuring bertù, cured meats, and cheeses from Val Seriana. The evening, enlivened by folk music from Donne dell'Era and the accordion of Germano Melotti, celebrated San Lorenzo in the heart of the province of Bergamo.
