Edition 2025 — Berglertafel
The 2025 edition of the Berglertafel took place on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, on the Proa meadow above Weißlahnbad, in the municipality of Tiers am Rosengarten (BZ).
As every year, the large table of over 100 meters hosted 170 diners for a five-course dinner focused on traditional valley dishes, with water and wine included. The open-air evening beneath the Rosengarten walls offered the spectacle of the enrosadira at sunset, confirming the Berglertafel as one of the most beloved gastronomic events of the South Tyrolean summer.
