The Belvedere Festival, between the plain and the Brenta river
Every year, in June, the hamlet of Belvedere in Tezze sul Brenta, in the province of Vicenza, hosts its village festival, also known as "Belvedere in Festa". It is one of the most anticipated events of the local summer, attracting visitors from all over the Altopiano and the Brenta plain.
Fish takes center stage at the table
The heart of the festival is the food stand, where fish specialties reign supreme: fried fish, sardine in saor, spaghetti with sardines, and other traditional Venetian dishes. This offering has built the festival's reputation over the years as a delicious stop for lovers of fried food and seafood flavors, despite being located in the Vicenza hinterland.
Music, dancing, and fun
In addition to gastronomy, "Belvedere in Festa" offers evenings of music, entertainment, dancing, and animation, along with the classic charity raffle that accompanies Venetian festivals. The 2026 edition of "Belvedere in Festa" is scheduled from June 12 to 17 in the hamlet of Belvedere in Tezze sul Brenta (Vicenza). For six days, the festival offers its usual mix of good food and fun, with fried fish as the signature dish.
Every evening, the food stand opens with fish specialties, accompanied by live music, dance nights, and entertainment for all ages.

How to get there
Belvedere di Tezze sul Brenta is located along Via Nazionale; it is easily reachable by car from Bassano del Grappa and Cittadella, in the plain between the provinces of Vicenza and Padova. Parking is available in the areas adjacent to the festival.
