Three days of free music in the green of Montefano

The Bella Zio Festival is one of the most anticipated events of spring in the Municipality of Montefano, in the province of Macerata, in the heart of Marche. Organized by Parco Fibonacci together with Zio Pecos, the festival transforms the large park in Contrada Margherita into an open-air stage for the long May 1st holiday weekend. Admission is completely free and the atmosphere is that of a big village festival with a contemporary twist, designed for young people but truly open to everyone.

Concerts, DJ sets, and indie spirit

The heart of the Bella Zio Festival is live music. Local bands and emerging projects alternate on stage, from rock to indie to electronic music, in a lineup that starts in the early afternoon and continues with DJ sets until late at night. Don't miss the wildest party of the weekend, the Pigiama Party, which rewards those who show up in pajamas with a night of pure dance music. It's a grassroots festival, built by enthusiasts to share music, social life, and fun in a relaxed, nature-immersed setting.

Street food and refreshment area

Alongside the music, the festival offers a wide gastronomic selection with various types of food trucks, including options for vegetarians, vegans, and celiacs, as well as bar areas with craft beers and cocktails. The area is organized with refreshment points distributed throughout the park and spaces to stop and eat and drink between concerts.

The Bella Zio Festival is now a classic on the summer calendar for Montefano and the Macerata hinterland.
