Edition 2025 — Med Marathon

The fourth edition of the Bari Med Marathon took place from May 23 to 25, 2025, with the main race on Sunday, May 25. The edition was dedicated to Greece, the historical cradle of the marathon. Over 1,800 athletes from 36 countries ran between the historic center and the Bari seafront, participating in the 21 km half-marathon and the 10 km race.

Bari Med Marathon 2025 — The edition dedicated to Greece

The fourth edition of the Bari Med Marathon was held from May 23 to 25, 2025, with the races taking place on Sunday, May 25. The event paid tribute to Greece, the historical cradle of the marathon, attracting over 1,800 athletes from 36 countries through the streets of the Apulian capital.

In the 21 km half-marathon, Jean De Dieu Butoyi won in 1h07'28", and Angela Vita Leoce won the women's race in 1h33'35". In the 10 km, El Yaa Goubi Abdessamad succeeded, finishing in 33'37". The edition confirmed the sports and wellness festival formula, with the Expo and side activities at Pane e Pomodoro, on the Bari seafront.
