Edition 2025 — Bari Christmas Markets

The 2025 edition of the Bari Christmas Markets took place from December 6 to 26, featuring 30 wooden chalets set up along Via Venezia, between Piazza del Ferrarese and Fortino Sant'Antonio. The lighting of the large Christmas tree in Piazza del Ferrarese, coinciding with the Feast of Saint Nicholas on December 6, kicked off the festivities, while the Santa Claus Village came to life in Piazza Umberto I.

Bari Christmas Markets 2025

The 2025 edition was held in Bari from December 6 to 26, with chalets open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, and until midnight on December 23. The 30 wooden chalets were set up along Via Venezia, in the stretch of the Muraglia between Piazza del Ferrarese and Fortino Sant'Antonio, offering artisanal products, toys, decorations, and nativity scenes.

A 14-meter-tall Christmas tree was installed in Piazza del Ferrarese, officially lit on December 6 to coincide with the Feast of Saint Nicholas, the city's patron saint. The Santa Claus Village was set up in Piazza Umberto I, featuring workshops and activities for children, while festive lights illuminated Via Sparano, Via Argiro, and the Murattian center. The event involved all five municipal districts with mini-markets, nativity scenes, and roving concerts.

Programme

December 6: lighting of the large Christmas tree in Piazza del Ferrarese and opening of the chalets, coinciding with the Feast of Saint Nicholas. From December 6 to 26: markets open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM (until midnight on December 23). Santa Claus Village in Piazza Umberto I with workshops for children.
