During the Easter and Easter Monday weekend of 2025, on April 20th and 21st, Bardi Castle hosted the Great Medieval Joust. The Emilian fortress, perched on the red jasper rock, transformed into a medieval village with historical encampments, markets, archery demonstrations, and reconstructions of ancient crafts.
Among the most anticipated moments were the duels and combats between knights and the historical pageant with flag-throwers and musicians through the village streets, in a setting that confirmed Bardi as one of the most evocative destinations in the Parma Apennines.
