Barbarano Romano Grape Harvest Festival

The 2025 edition of the Grape Harvest Festival of Barbarano Romano took place on Sunday, October 5, 2025, in Piazza Guglielmo Marconi, in the village of the Viterbo Tuscia. The event, organized by the Pro Loco, celebrated autumn and the rural traditions of northern Lazio.

The day began at 11:30 AM with the historical pageant of rural traditions, culminating in the grape stomping and the distribution of the must. At 1:00 PM, the food stalls opened with polenta with pork ribs and sausage, hunter-style stew, and Etruscan soup with porcini mushrooms. In the afternoon, at 2:30 PM, the folk group I Secondo Palo performed, while at 4:00 PM, roasted chestnuts were distributed, closing a village festival dedicated to taste and conviviality.
