Balduween - Halloween in Balduina

Balduween 2025, the sixth edition

On Friday, October 31, 2025, the Balduina neighborhood hosted the sixth edition of Balduween, organized by the Comitato Civico Balduina'S with the support of local merchants.

The day began at 3:30 PM in the Piazza della Balduina park, where professional face painters transformed the little ones into witches, vampires, ghosts, and little monsters, amidst music, dancing, and themed games like the balloon game and the witch's hat toss challenge.

At 4:30 PM, the colorful 'trick-or-treat' parade set off, traveling from Piazza della Balduina, through Largo Maccagno, to Piazza Giovenale: children, accompanied by parents and entertainers, knocked on the doors of sponsor businesses, welcomed with candies and small gifts.

From 5:00 PM, the finale took place at Piazza Giovenale, set up as a Halloween village with themed quizzes, the costume parade, awards for the best mask, and finally music and dancing for all ages. The event, free and open-air, confirmed its vocation as a community celebration.
