Edition 2025 — Balamondo World Music Festival

In 2025, the Balamondo World Music Festival celebrated its tenth edition, spanning from July 19 to August 15 across various municipalities in Romagna. The Gatteo Mare stop took place on Friday, August 1, at the Rubicone Arena, featuring the Mirko Casadei Big Band and the POPular Folk Orchestra, accompanied by dances from the Rimini Dance Company and guest trumpeter Renzo Valicelli «Il Rosso». A free evening of folk music and world music under the stars.

The 2025 Gatteo Mare Stop

The tenth edition of the Balamondo World Music Festival travelled across Romagna from July 19 to August 15, 2025. In Gatteo Mare, the event took place on Friday, August 1, at the Rubicone Arena, starting at 9:30 PM.

On stage, the Mirko Casadei Big Band with the POPular Folk Orchestra, choreography by the Rimini Dance Company, and the participation of trumpeter Renzo Valicelli «Il Rosso». An evening that confirmed the festival's winning formula: Romagnol folk music opening up to world music fusions, in a popular and free-admission festive atmosphere.
