Edition 2025 — Spring Market
The second edition of the Bairo Spring Market was held in May 2025 through the village streets, in the heart of the Canavese area near Turin. Organized by the Bairo Pro Loco, the event confirmed its success by attracting a large crowd, despite the competition from numerous other events held that same weekend in the region.
The numerous curated stalls offered crafts and local products, while musical accompaniment was provided by the Amis dal Furn. For children, there was no shortage of entertainment, with face painting, donkeys to admire, and birds of prey to observe. On the culinary side, the stars were, as always, the zabaglione and fritters from the Bairo Pro Loco, along with other delicacies.
