Edition 2025 — Bagnacavallo in a Glass

Bagnacavallo in a Glass is an event established in 2026: its first edition was held at the end of January that year. In 2025, the event did not yet exist, but the wine-making vocation of Bassa Romagna was already well-rooted, with the native wines of the Consorzio Il Bagnacavallo, such as Bursôn and Rambëla, and a long winemaking tradition that provided fertile ground for the creation of this event.

The first edition of Bagnacavallo in a Glass dates back to 2026: it is therefore a recently established event, promoted by the business network Bagnacavallo fa Centro along with the Municipality of Bagnacavallo, in the province of Ravenna.

In 2025, the event had not yet been organized, but the Bassa Romagna territory already boasted a solid wine culture, preserved by the wineries of the Consorzio Il Bagnacavallo and its symbolic wines, Bursôn and Rambëla. It was precisely this tradition, combined with the redevelopment of the former Covered Market, that laid the groundwork for the event's creation.
