Bagnacauda Dinner

The 2025 edition of the Bagnacauda Dinner in Pettinengo took place in the autumn, confirming the gastronomic tradition of the Pro Loco Vaglio Pettinengo. The evening, organized at the association's headquarters in the province of Biella, featured the classic bagnacauda served in the fujot, accompanied by seasonal vegetables to dip into the hot sauce of garlic, anchovies, and oil.

As in previous years, the event represented a moment of great conviviality for the Pettinengo community, in line with the spirit of the Pro Loco, which offers themed dinners, festivals, and traditional Piedmontese celebrations throughout the year.
