Edition 2025 — Back to the Theatre!

The inaugural season of the Teatro Italia in Montappone marked the return of the public to the historic municipal theatre, reopened in December 2024 after careful restoration. The curtain rose with comedian Marco Marzocca, kicking off a programme of prose and comedy that brought new life to one of the symbolic cultural venues of the Fermano area.

The inaugural 2024-2025 season reopened the doors of the Teatro Italia in Montappone after the impressive restoration work, funded with approximately €492,000 from the National Complementary Plan and completed in autumn 2024. The opening night took place on Thursday, December 12th, 2024, at 9:15 PM, with comedian, actor, and writer Marco Marzocca and his show Chi me l'ha fatto fare. The programme offered the public of the Province of Fermo a lineup of prose and comedy that marked the cultural rebirth of the municipal theatre and laid the groundwork for future seasons.
