Edition 2025 — Bacco per Bacco

The twelfth edition of Bacco per Bacco took place in Turi on Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19, 2025, between Piazza Pertini and Via XX Settembre. Two days dedicated to Turi's Primitivo wine and roasted chestnuts, with stalls featuring Apulian specialties, live music, pizzica, and craft markets in the historic center. Free admission and free parking, organized by the Turpuglia and I Vecchi Tempi associations.

Bacco per Bacco 2025: the 12th edition

The twelfth edition of Bacco per Bacco was held in Turi (BA) on the weekend of October 18 and 19, 2025, enlivening the historic center between Piazza Pertini and Via XX Settembre starting from the late afternoon.

The protagonists were Primitivo di Turi wine and roasted chestnuts, accompanied by a rich gastronomic selection including trònere, panzerotti, caciocavallo impiccato, grilled meats, fried mushrooms, burratine, dairy products, and pasta all'assassina. The festival's soundtrack alternated between live music, DJ sets, and performances, featuring the pizzica of musician, singer, and dancer Giovanni Amati.

The event, with free admission and free parking, was organized by the Turpuglia and I Vecchi Tempi associations with the patronage of the Apulia Regional Council and the Municipality of Turi.

Programme

Saturday, October 18 and Sunday, October 19, 2025, from late afternoon: opening of food and wine stalls in Piazza Pertini and Via XX Settembre, tastings of Primitivo di Turi wine and roasted chestnuts, live music, DJ sets, and performances, with the pizzica of Giovanni Amati.
