Edition 2025 — Bacchus Day

The 21st edition of Bacchus Day took place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Castello Savelli in Palombara Sabina, with free admission and opening from 11 AM. A day dedicated to the wines of the Sabina and Lazio regions, fried pizzas, and typical products enhanced by local extra virgin olive oil, featuring guided tastings in the castle's ancient dungeons, children's workshops, guided tours, and live music until evening.

Bacchus Day 2025: the 21st edition

On Sunday, November 16, 2025, Castello Savelli in Palombara Sabina hosted the twenty-first edition of Bacchus Day, organized by the cultural association Idee e Valori. Free admission and opening from 11 AM.

Around 11:30 AM, flavors and music combined with the tasting of arrosticini and fried pizzas accompanied by the Città di Palombara band. Throughout the day, the groups Emme 5 and Vinile — The Age of Rock performed live.

Among the exhibitors present at the castle were Migrante, Cantine del Moro from San Vito Romano, La Mucilla for gentian, Ratto Sabino for beer, and Elisir Mezzadro for black cherry liqueur. The program also included Mosaici di Natura workshops for children, guided tours to discover local products in collaboration with Coldiretti, and guided tastings in the cells of the fortress's ancient dungeons.
