Edition 2025 — Anchovy Festival

The 2025 edition of the Baccano Anchovy Festival was held from June 11 to 15 in Ponte di Arcola, at the parish church of San Rocco. Organized by Arci Baccano, the festival offered anchovy-based dishes and convivial evenings, confirming the Spezia territory's connection with the flavors of Ligurian maritime tradition.

The 2025 edition of the Baccano Anchovy Festival took place from June 11 to 15 in Ponte di Arcola. At the parish church of San Rocco, Arci Baccano set up food stalls dedicated to anchovies, served in various Ligurian culinary preparations. Between sea flavors and conviviality, the event enlivened the mid-June evenings in the hamlet of the lower Magra Valley, attracting residents and visitors to a now-established community celebration.
