Baccanale Preview

The third edition of the Baccanale Preview was held in Piazza Matteotti in Imola on Saturday, May 24, and Sunday, May 25, 2025, anticipating the theme of the autumn Baccanale: 'A World of Spices' — a journey around spices, precious commodities whose name derives from the Latin word species. In the square, chefs and master pastry chefs presented delicious themed dishes. Nine food establishments accepted the challenge: Dulcis Cafè, Pizzeria Quattroquinti, Ristorante San Domenico, Pasticceria Sebastiano Caridi, Ristorante Semplice, Casa Serafini, Fiskebar Linea 22, Osteria del Vicolo Nuovo, and Taverna San Pietro. The warm spring evenings were enlivened by music starting at 7:00 PM: on Saturday, DJs Marco Regaz and Fede Cerve took turns at the console, while on Sunday, DJ Simon Vincent got the crowd dancing in the square.
