Edition 2025 — Baccalà Festival

The 30th Baccalà Festival took place in Borgoricco from November 7 to 16, 2025, over two weekends on Viale Europa: the food stall, the beating heart of the festival, offered the great classics of tradition, from cod Vicentina style to whipped cod, stewed, in salad, and fried, accompanied by markets, music, and guided tastings.

The 2025 edition, the thirtieth, of the Baccalà Festival celebrated the symbolic dish of Venetian cuisine in Borgoricco from November 7 to 16. The food stall on Viale Europa offered the great classics of tradition — cod Vicentina style, whipped, stewed, in salad, and fried — alongside artisan markets, music, and guided tastings, under the organization of the Associazione Festeggiamenti San Leonardo.

The 2025 edition (November 7-8-9 and 14-15-16) featured the food stall with cod Vicentina style, whipped, stewed, in salad, and fried, accompanied by artisan markets, music, and guided tastings on Viale Europa.
