Edition 2025 — Azzurro Food

The twelfth edition of the Azzurro Food Festival took place in Sciacca from August 28 to 31, 2025, transforming Piazza Angelo Scandaliato and the historic center into a showcase of taste and maritime culture. Four days of tastings, cooking shows, masterclasses, talk shows, music, and performances dedicated to blue fish and Mediterranean cuisine.

The 12th edition of the Azzurro Food Festival was held in Sciacca from August 28 to 31, 2025, in Piazza Angelo Scandaliato and the streets of the historic center. Organized by Futuris, Record Eventi, and Pro Loco Sciacca Terme, with the patronage of the Municipality of Sciacca and the Sicilian Region, the edition offered four days of taste, culture, and entertainment.

Among the highlights, the August 28 opening featured comedian and presenter Stefano Piazza; on August 29, it was the turn of Claudio Casisa from the duo "I Soldi Spicci"; while on August 30, the square was animated by the DJ set of Giorgio Prezioso. The new masterclass area hosted chefs and food bloggers for meetings and culinary demonstrations, developed in collaboration with local producers such as the Scalia seafood company, BonOlio, and the La Mugnaia mill. There was no shortage of talk shows on environmental sustainability and marine protection, involving the Fisheries District.
