Axa Briga 2025 — the eleventh edition

The 2025 edition of Axa Briga, the eleventh of the event, took place from Friday, September 5 to Sunday, September 7, 2025, in the Via Selva theme park in Settimo Rottaro (TO), opening on Friday at 3:30 PM. The event, directed by Denise Sarto for the Camelot ODV Association and sponsored by the Municipality of Settimo Rottaro, attracted historical re-enactment groups from all over Italy.

The program featured demonstrations of loom weaving, ancient forging techniques, faithful reproductions of weapons and combat, historical cooking in period encampments, and an exhibition of Alpine rock art. The calendar of lectures was also rich, with contributions from Prof. Guido Cossard on the Celts between megaliths and archaeoastronomy, Fabrizio Dassano on the arrival of the Romans in the Canavese, Enrico Gallo on Alpine rock art, and Asia Gardenia Bellato on the world of symbols, with a Sunday workshop.

The evenings of Friday and Saturday were enlivened by concerts from Valkanorr, The Cracking Reeds, Keily's Folk, and Boira Fusca. There was no shortage of artisan markets, food stalls, and games for the little ones. Free admission and free camping, as per tradition.
