Edition 2025 — AVIS Festival

The 2025 edition of the AVIS Festival took place from August 28 to September 1 in Piazza Bernardi, Castel Bolognese, with five evenings of live music, shows, and good Romagnol cuisine. The event, organized by AVIS, combined entertainment with awareness-raising for blood and plasma donation, including the awarding of distinguished donors and prevention initiatives. Free admission to all evenings.

The AVIS Festival 2025 in Castel Bolognese was held from August 28 to September 1 in Piazza Bernardi, with five free-admission evenings. It opened on Thursday the 28th with a concert by the Banda Larga Live Music Band; on Friday the 29th, Gogliardic Folk and Melardot took the stage, preceded by the free first aid course "Viva Sofia" by the Lions Club Valle del Senio.

On Saturday, August 30th, after the awards ceremony for distinguished donors, the comedy-musical show "Riso fa buon sangue" (Laughter does good blood) was performed by Duo Torri and Paolo Franceschini. Sunday the 31st was dedicated to tradition with the Diavoli della Frusta (Devils of the Whip) and Giorgio e le Magiche Fruste di Romagna, while Monday, September 1st, the closing was entrusted to the energy of the Punti di Vista Partyband. Every evening, the food stand serving typical Romagnol dishes at tables remained open.

Thursday, August 28: Banda Larga Live Music Band concert. Friday, August 29: Gogliardic Folk and Melardot, preceded by the free first aid course "Viva Sofia" (Lions Club Valle del Senio). Saturday, August 30: Awards ceremony for distinguished donors and, at 9 PM, comedy-musical show "Riso fa buon sangue" with Duo Torri and Paolo Franceschini. Sunday, August 31: Dance and whip show with Diavoli della Frusta and Giorgio e le Magiche Fruste di Romagna. Monday, September 1: Closing with Punti di Vista Partyband.
