Autumnus – Fruits of the Earth

Autumnus 2025, the fifth edition

The fifth edition of Autumnus – Fruits of the Earth was held from October 9th to 19th, 2025, in the historic center of Trento, with over 200 events including in-depth discussions, workshops, tastings, show cooking, gourmet dinners, and scientific cafés. The first few days coincided with the Festival of Sport.

New features of the edition included: the evocative Temporary Restaurant, tastings in the Tromba and Massarello towers, narrated aperitifs at the Castello del Buonconsiglio, and the surprising 3D installations in Piazza Pasi. The event, organized by the ProLoco Centro Storico di Trento with the support of APT Trento and Trentino Marketing, brought together great chefs, local producers, and enthusiasts for a multisensory journey in the heart of Trentino.
