Edition 2025 — Autumn Paths

On October 25 and 26, 2025, Paglieta hosted the twentieth edition of Autumn Paths — Knowledge and Flavors, themed 'Authentic village rustic cuisine in comparison'. Two days of tastings, a market, exhibitions, workshops for children, and live music through the streets of the historic center, organized by the Pro Loco Paglieta APS with the patronage of the Municipality.

Twentieth edition

The twentieth edition of Autumn Paths took place on Saturday, October 25, and Sunday, October 26, 2025, in the historic center of Paglieta, themed 'Authentic village rustic cuisine in comparison'. The tasting trail featured rintrocilo with sauce, pasta alla mugnaia, sagne e ceci, pallotte cacio e uova, polenta, skewers, chestnuts, and mulled wine, as well as typical desserts like bocconotti and pizzelle.

On Saturday, the evenings were enlivened by performances from Effemme, I Cugini di Champagne, Energy Music, I Folli, and a DJ set by Gianluca & Davide Collaretti; on Sunday, La Maca, Mr Fuoriuso, and Ginolà took the stage, along with the circus show Katonte in Piazza Roma. There was also a market of local products, exhibitions, workshops for children, and a free shuttle service.

Programme

Saturday, October 25: opening of stands and market, workshops for children, guided tastings, concerts by Effemme, I Cugini di Champagne, Energy Music, I Folli, and DJ set by Gianluca & Davide Collaretti. Sunday, October 26: nature walk, rustic lunch, shows, concerts by La Maca, Mr Fuoriuso, and Ginolà, circus show Katonte in Piazza Roma.
