Autumn Flavors Festival

The fifth edition of the Autumn Flavors Festival was held from September 12 to 14, 2025, in the historic center of Levico Terme, in Valsugana. For three days, the town's streets and squares hosted food stalls and tastings dedicated to the flavors of the Trentino autumn: mushrooms, chestnuts, mountain dairy cheeses, cured meats, traditional desserts, honey, and local wines and spirits.

The program included show-cooking, workshops and guided tastings, an arts and crafts market, live music, and folk performances, as well as entertainment for children and families. The event, with free admission, was organized by the Consorzio Levico Terme in Centro with the support of the APT Valsugana Lagorai.
