Autumn Festival

The 2025 edition of the Galliate Autumn Festival (Novara, Piedmont) was held on a Sunday in October in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, in front of the Sforza Castle. The event, organized by the Associazione Rione Bornate with the patronage of the Municipality of Galliate, offered its well-established formula.

From the morning, visitors were able to stroll through typical markets and purchase zero-mile agricultural products, admire the display of antique farm equipment with the re-enactment of corn shelling, and visit the cellars of Galliate winemakers with local wine tastings. At noon, the serving of paniscia and sausages took place, accompanied by roasted chestnuts, mulled wine, and typical sweets. In the afternoon, the Manghin e Manghina folk group performed, with popular games and bouncy castles for the little ones.
